When Incandescent Clothing faced the challenge of a complete rebrand after discovering their original name, La Femme Fatale, was trademarked, the need for a fresh, cohesive brand identity became urgent. As the owner, I knew that creating a recognizable and trusted brand from scratch would be no small task. But I was ready to transform Incandescent into a standout name in size-inclusive women’s fashion.
Our first step was a Shopify website overhaul. I crafted a sleek, user-friendly design that made online shopping an enjoyable and seamless experience, carefully selecting each feature to appeal to our diverse customer base. The result was a polished storefront that looked beautiful and was easy to navigate, helping Incandescent's new identity come to life.
Next, we powered up with Klaviyo email marketing, crafting customized campaigns that spoke directly to our audience’s style and needs. Each email was designed to feel like a personal conversation, helping us foster a loyal customer community.
Social media was another key piece of our strategy. From engaging Instagram posts to interactive stories, our social channels became an extension of Incandescent’s personality—bold, inclusive, and genuinely engaging. Through thoughtful curation and management, we built a brand presence that reflected our values and attracted new followers daily.
For me, the journey was about more than just the technical aspects. It was a process of growth and learning, where I became proficient in everything from website management to digital strategy. Today, Incandescent stands as a testament to resilience and adaptability, with a loyal customer base and a distinct voice in the market.

When Marissa, the new owner of a pizza shop in Porters Lake, approached us, she had a passion for pizza but was hungry for a stronger digital presence. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work, crafting a complete digital transformation that would do justice to their delicious creations.
Starting with a visual feast, we presented Marissa with a range of potential new logo designs, each reflecting the heart and soul of The Wedgeman. After careful consideration, we landed on a design that perfectly captured the brand's warm, welcoming, and community-focused spirit.
Next, we baked up a fresh new website, carefully incorporating the chosen logo and a vibrant color palette that brought the brand to life. The website was designed to be as interactive and user-friendly as possible, making it easy for customers to order their favorite pies.
But we didn't stop there. We kneaded together a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic to the new site, using social media, targeted advertising, and local SEO to put The Wedgeman on the map.
Throughout the process, Marissa was thrilled with our collaborative approach. Our monthly one-on-one sessions ensured that he was always in the loop, giving her the confidence to focus on what he does best: making incredible pizza.
Thanks to our partnership, The Wedgeman has seen a significant boost in in-store sales and brand awareness. Together, we refined his branding to resonate more strongly with both new and existing customers, ensuring that every touchpoint—whether online or in-store—was cohesive and engaging.
Next, we conducted a comprehensive social media audit to assess his current digital presence. Looking ahead, we’re excited to be planning the launch of a brand-new Shopify store for The Oatcake Society in 2025. This new platform will allow Greg to expand his retail business, reach more customers, and create a seamless online shopping experience that aligns with his growing brand.
